Raising Cane`s in Lancaster

One of the best places I’ve gotten chicken! And the secret sauce is amazing! The coleslaw was sweeter, and very good! Loved there fries too. Great customer service

they were slow and the cole slaw was bad nothing to writehomw about if u ask me

This Raising Cane's location consistently offers great service. Never have I had a bad experience at this location. They try hard to get your order out ASAP and accurate. Always clean and friendly staff too. Love Raising Cane's and this location is great.

Especially good chicken sandwich and fries. You will be surprised how good the Cain sauce goes with the fries too.

Just good chicken can’t beat it

Came in from out of town and stopped in here. This place does what it says and it does it right. Your options are all chicken fingers or sandwiches with chicken fingers. Extremely friendly staff who were very attentive when we walked in. During the course of us eating we had three staff members ask us if we needed anything or if they could take any of our finished trays. It was totally genuine and not intrusive. Everyone in the group commented on the light crispy breading and how much they enjoyed it. Meals come with big thick peices of Texas toast which was my favorite part. If I am in the area I will definitely come back.

By far the best chicken restaurant and especially fast food restaurant. The prices are good abs the service is better. The only complaint about it is the very difficult wave posted dangerous pushing, drive thru, Ave drive around area. Always feel like I'm going to get in an accident, but it's worth that sauce!

Its not just this store, but should change the "chicken strips", to "chicken nuggets". Not wasting any more money at canes.

Superb deal, the price is really reasonable and the portion is pretty big. Chicken tenders are juicy and easy to pull apart. Love the bread, nice and soft and buttery. The fries were okay, but the sweet tea was overly sweet and unsweetened tea tasted like the tea leaves had been kept too long. Overall a really cozy place.

Great food, good attitudes from the workers not like McDonald's where they throw the food and slam the window. Just wish there were more seating, it's good and reasonably priced so it's packed

I had never been to a Raising Cane's before my friend freaked out when we were driving to find some lunch and made us eat there. The chicken dipping sauce for me was the best part. They have put Chicken Fingers on a whole new level with that stuff. You have to get there lemonade it was amazing!

Ordered 2 chicken fingers. Looked more like nuggets. Took back to manager, said he would take care of it. He only added one more small piece of chicken. Never had this problem before. Hope it was an isolated issue.

I honestly don’t think I can express how amazing this franchise and facility is. It exceeds a five star. I come around 3 times a week and have been around 55 times this year so far. Excessive I know. But Raising canes at this location has excellent staff, amazing food, and very fast efficient drive through. Kathy and Laura regularly greet me and are both very well skilled in Customer Service. The food is ALWAYS hot & fresh. They always treat me very well and I have never left dissatisfied.

It's just chicken strips, but there's something about this place. I love it. The bread, the sauce, and the chicken. Can't go wrong eating here.

They have amazing chicken that the whole family loves! I do wish they would add some type of bbq sauce to the menu and a family type order for their toast. Still their food is delicious and we will remain loyal.

What a great idea Cane's has. Do just a few things, but do them really really well. I'm a sucker for chicken fingers anyway, but Cane's are so very good. Never have I eaten at this, or any of their locations, that the food wasn't perfectly hot and fresh. No old chicken and fries sitting around and rewarmed. Nope, they make it just for you, and give you yummy bread and Cane sauce to go with!

I asked for a few ketchups and they gave me two for my caniac #unthoughtful

Always polite and uniformed by means of how they represent the company everyone meet and greets the customers. Shows they take notice. So many places u go now a days and u can be there 10 min and not be acknowledged. Always fast service hot food.

Cane's chicken is hands down the best chicken ever. Period. The only that screams America more than a pickup truck painted like an American Flag is Raising Cane's Chicken. Great staff and great service, any day of the week.

The employees at this Canes (in Lancaster, OH) have been very kind every time I order and pick up. Timely order prepping and overall great service 👍

The chicken fingers were extremely small. Though the food was hot and fresh, we waited for approximately 15 minutes to receive our food. And the wait time combined with the tiny size of all the chicken fingers, I was sorely disappointed and will not return to this bbn location.

What can I say about Cane's, that people don't already know. It's great. I have always had a good meat here, and it's a good value. The place always looks clean, and staff is cheerful if not friendly. Would pick Cane's over any other chicken place, 100%.

Delicious chicken, sauce, amazing bread and sweet tea. It’s a bit on the pricey side for fast food so we don’t get to eat it a lot as a family of four but if it’s our go to place if it’s just two of use out for lunch. Definitely check it out if you like chicken and Texas toast.

I went through the Canes in Lancaster, Ohio at lunch today. It was the fastest takeout order line I have ever been through. As always they were very pleasant and food was heavenly!!!

Love their chicken it is not greasy or dry ❤😁 I try and stop when going through there , wish they would have one in Athens county, Washington county or Wood county ( just closer than Lancaster or Columbus 😁)

A one-of-a-kind mom and pop restaurant. The food is hot, fast and delicious. It's also the cheapest place to feed a family in town. The one drawback is that the coleslaw is just awful. They remedy this by offering extra Texas toast, dipping sauce or french fries in place of the slaw. Did I mention it's chicken? Yes, it's chicken. Chicken and nothing else. But they do it perfectly.

Where the sauce is boss! I haven't been to a canes since vegas... this one had great staff, greeted at the door. Ordered a 3 finger combo and food came out hot and ready with in 6 mins... I wish I had more sauce... but a great experience and great food... almost forgot about the sweet tea... this place introduced me to sweet tea.
